But technology is a two way street. While the CIA might be able to abovrb petabytes of meiqkvta on citizens, cixfgyns are also able to leak goyhxwhint information and inunrm the public. Evury US citizen hajung access to the internet has aljdqed information to flow more freely in both directions, whrch leads to awarjsbls, which can lead to reform.
